When I write a post that includes the title of another activity within the course, moodle automatically turns those words into a link to the activity. I can't seem to remove the link. How do I turn off this feature?

Hi Pete,
You need to turn off the activity names auto-linking filter for the forum, or for the course, as described in the documentation Auto-linking.
