When I switch from English to Thai, the calendar heading (month) goes to ???????? 2006. I've added Thai UTF-8 font (no difference) and updated the starndard Thai font, and it still does not work.
An oddity I noticed is that when I switch languages from English to Thai (or vice versa) and to a ctrl F5 (nothing else), my client machine's month with change from English (eg. March) to ?????? and back again twice, then it stays one way or the other.
This is on a "fresh" install of Moodle 1.5.3 with EasyPHP1-8 / Apache on a Win XP machine. Had several PHP programmers look at it and not find the answer. Anyone have a fix for it? Thanks.
