"Course module is incorrect" error when trying to submit questionnaire

Just a quick question:

I've just created a questionnaire and have just tried to test it - when I click on "Submit Survey", I get the following error:

"Course module is incorrect"

Can anyone suggest what I need to tweak to get this to work?

Okay. First thing I have to ask is are you running the latest version in CVS (available at the downloads page)?

Next, when you go back to that questionnaire as a teacher, do you see any submitted results? If you access it again, can you submit correctly?
