Is there a setting to show all of the submissions in the activity? I'm having my students upload their artwork, but I'd like for each submission to show up on the activity page so that they can see their peers' work. They're also not receiving grades on their submissions, so there's no privacy issue there. 

I tried this in the Workshop activity, but it was too complex. They don't need to provide feedback for their peers, just simply see them all. A student collage, if you will.

The simplest option might be a forum (like this one) - each student just adds a post with their image. Alternatively, you could create a database activity, with a file upload in it (there are probably other options, but those would be the first that spring to mind, using only standard Moodle)
