Moodle in English: After logging in im getting requested file could not be found

After logging in im getting requested file could not be found

When I log in my moodle the page goes blank and I'm getting error that says "sorry the requested file could not be found" and admin and users cant get inside ,what can i do? and i have little knowledge about coding

Im using 3.10 moodle

Server is Apache

Try https://docs.moodle.org/310/en/PHP#Displaying_phpinfo_outside_of_Moodle. You should see a long page with all sorts of PHP internals. If not, your web server is wrongly configured.

Try enabling debugging by adding the following lines to config.php:

@error_reporting(E_ALL | E_STRICT);
@ini_set('display_errors', '1');
$CFG->debug = (E_ALL | E_STRICT);
$CFG->debugdisplay = 1;

These should appear before the require_once(__DIR__ . '/lib/setup.php'); line at the end. Hopefully the error will then have more detail to help troubleshoot the issue.
