I have the panopto block on the courses page for users on moodle site but its not appearing in the mobile app. How do I get this block to show in the mobile apps

Hi there,
I assume you're using a plugin for that block, right? Maybe it is this one: block_panopto. It doesn't seem to have support for mobile, so you'll have to reach out to the developer of the plugin. You should be able to open an issue in the github repository.
