Is this structure even possible? Topic->course->Module/level->Lessons (Choose and pass at least 3)

Hello, I have an idea and I'd like to know if I can apply the following structure:

 Topic->course->Module/level->Lessons (Choose and pass at least 3)

Each course will have modules/levels, in each module students will have about six lessons, they must approve at least three of them to complete each level and unlock the next (There will be not grades, or they approved or they didn't) 

Each module/level should have a badge for completion.
