Nav-drawer bug: Missing content when double clicking

Hello, as written in the title I have encountered a bug where the content of the navigation drawer disappears when you double-click on the nav-drawer button when the drawer is not hidden.

This occurs on every platform I've been working on, even on the one I just installed without adding any plugins.

Does it happen to anyone else? 

Has anyone found a way to fix this?

What Moodle version? What theme?

It happens on the latest 3.9 and 3.10.
The theme is the basic Boost theme provided with Moodle.

Interesting... 

I have 3.8 and 3.10 Moodles handy.  3.8 does *not* show this, 3.10 *does*.  A regression of some sort.
