Last year I setup two course that require annual retraining.
Each course consist of a Book activity, Questionnaire activity (Response option = Respond once) and a quiz. All three activities must be completed to achieve course completion.
At 52 weeks the course completion and quiz are deleted using the Course Recomplete Plugin. The students receive an automated notification.
In order to allow my students to access the Questionnaire activity this year, I needed to change the Responses option = Once monthly.
Please consider adding to the acceptable values - once annually (=> 52 weeks from last access).
