One course with different sections

I want to create a course with different sections that are taught by the same teacher.

For example:

There is a teacher. He teaches CIV 101. He needs three sections: CIV101 - 01, CIV101 - 02, and CIV101 - 03. Each section has a different time set: morning class, afternoon class, and evening class. The class has different quiz questions and time.

How can I manage this? Creating three individual courses for each section? Or how to manage this.

There are probably many ways to do this, and perhaps others here on Moodle.org will provide more thoughts for you. Here are two ideas for you to think about.

1) You can create one course, and then duplicate it. The one instructor can make changes to each of the courses independently.
2) You can create one course, and then use "groups" to make changes. This involves more Moodle education from the instructor, but it is possible to have different quizzes and times.

I am not sure what you mean by "morning class, afternoon class, and evening class."
