One more thing Ms. Emma, Is there any way of hiding meeting invitation details (or even the complete attached information page from participants when they click the join meeting button. my intention is to avoid participants to share the zoom meeting details and connect to the meeting without coimng through the pastform. In my case just hiding the information page will solve my issue 90%. Pls guide.

The participants don't see that link - just the teacher role, I believe. I actually had to hack the code to show the link to my "students" who are actually teachers!! So you should be fine.

Oh they added that in the last release! You could maybe use CSS to hide it or comment out the code that produces in the module itself.

Try this:
.cmid-**** button#show-more-button {
display:none;
}
Where the four stars are, you need to put the number of Zoom module found at the end of the url e.g - /mod/zoom/view.php?id=1234 - you would add 1234 where the four stars are.

This will hide it for a specific zoom activity. If you want to hide it site wide you could try it without the .cmid-**** at the beginning but I am not sure what else that might hide on the site.

However, another guidance is required and highly appreciated.
I want to remove password requirement from the attendees. Inside the zoom account i disable the requirement of passcord for the particular meeting which i created through zoom/moodle integration in moodle.. (pls refer 1.jpg) but i can't make it disabled from the system.Pls let me know.. (refer 2.jpg)
