I would very much like to use the plugin zoom meeting, as I think it has a few advantages like different language settings and changing licenses.
The first tests were successful: creating the JWT app and linking the plugin "zoom meeting" (plugin v3.4 2020120800, moodle version 3.7.9) . But now after some time (about two weeks) always comes the following message: "Connection failed: Access token is expired."
I have renewed the API key, but the same negative result.
What could be the reason?
I found the following suggested solution:
"FIX for :CONNECTION STATUS: CONNECTION FAILED: ACCESS TOKEN IS EXPIRED
THOSE WHO WERE FACING THE ABOVE ISSUE MAY VERIFY THAT YOUR DATE AND TIME ARE SYNCED WITH THE NTP SERVERS IF NOT SYNCED YOU NEED TO SYNC IT WITH NTP SERVERS AND THEN RESTART YOUR APPACHE. THE ISSUE MAY FIX" (https://moodle.org/plugins/mod_zoom)
Can someone explain to me what exactly to do?
The Moodle instance is on a shared hosting server. So I can't restart apache either.
What can I do?
I am very grateful for any helpful tip.
