We already have a functional subdomain (e.g. old.MySite.com) with Moodle 3.7.
The old.example.com subdomain corresponds to Moodle installation folders: /home3/MySite/old (for Moodle files) and /home3/MySite/olddata (for Moodle data files).
Php version of the www.MySite.com (i.e. folder: /home3/MySite) is 5.6
but Php version of the subdomain old.MySite.com was set to Php 7.1 (to both folders /home3/MySite/old and /home3/MySite/olddata) before the installation of Moodle 3.7.
Now we are trying to install Moodle 3.10 in another subdomain.
We created the new.MySite.com subdomain which corresponds to Moodle installation folders: /home3/MySite/NEW (for Moodle files) and /home3/MySite/NEWdata (for moodle data files).
And we also set Php version for the above new folders to Php 7.4. (Please note that Php version of the www.MySite.com (i.e. folder: /home3/MySite) is still 5.6)
But when we call the new.MySite.com instead of what we expect (that the Moodle installation process will began) we receive the error message:
Is there any good idea of what is happening and why, and how we can fix it?
