I've been using Heatmap all
semester and it works great. However, I just setup a new course for the
upcoming semester and when I see the Heatmap block, it just says "No
user participation was found." This course is on the same server I've
been using Heatmap on. Logging in enabled.
In the Activity Report (for the new course), I
see things happening (like a link which says 10 views by 7 users) but
still Heatmap says nothing. Is there something that I might be missing?
I'm running Moodle 3.9.
