Error code: cannotdeletecourse Updating 3.10

Hello everybody

I need support, update to 3.10+ from 3.7 with Cpanel, to improve some folders I moved moodledata with the update and now can not delete courses or updating my own personal profile, but I can delete other users and create courses.

I do changes and updates with Cpanel.

Messages:

No tiene los permisos para borrar este curso

Error code: cannotdeletecourse

line 498 of /lib/setuplib.php: moodle_exception thrown
line 39 of /course/delete.php: call to print_error()

Have you checked permissions, specifically on your moodledata folder?

I also get this error message.
line 39 is
if ($SITE->id == $course->id || !can_delete_course($id)) {
// Can not delete frontpage or don't have permission to delete the course.
print_error('cannotdeletecourse');
}

Yep. It was indeed a coding error related to a theme. I've just discovered and fixed the issue.
