I am using 3.6 and recently students have reported that they have not being receiving email notifications once their assessments have been marked. I have tested this and an email notification goes out when the student submits, but not when the marking has been done.
The notify students button is ticked as the default, and our hosting team have advised that the email is not attempting to go out at all.
I am still quite new to moodle so any advice would be appreciated.
