504 Gateway Time-out

Moodle Version = 3.7.1+
I cannot log in to Moodle (administrator)
What is the reason for the above error? and how to resolve this.

Can this be due to the below errors?
PHP Warning: exec() has been disabled for security reasons
PHP Warning: implode(): Invalid arguments passed

Can the above errors can affect Moodle site hosting error?
