The top part of the original 3-row header looks ok on PC on all pages. On Android 8.0 it is OK on some pages but not on course pages. On course pages it looks OK for a moment during loading and then grows to extends way off screen making large whitespace under it to the right of course content. So it is not being correctly responsive. I can make it appear and disappear based on screen size in Adaptable "layout responsive" settings OK, but no setting for this issue.
In the layout diagram that top part of the header is made up of messages, top menu, lang menu, user menu. So maybe one of those not right.
