I'm using the .php version idk about the rest, sorry, i doubt it is necessary for this problem.
While i was editing one of the courses we offer, apparently I clicked somewhere, i still don't know where, and that resulted into sending 500+ Mails to the users of the course. I was just restricitng the course for language, that courses appear in the right language, when the language is set. I do this all the time and i clicked the same things as always and it never happened there. I think it has something to do with the "Activity completion" setting, could be something else though, the settings remained the same and are the same for the other courses. I wanna find out, where this came from, and how to prevent this for the future. Is there a possibility to set up a "Safe Guard" which asks for confirmation before sending/changing something.
