we're using the moodle for our employess training. In our environment there are more than 2K users from different departments. Is there any solution, how could I control:
1) The department manager can see his department users?
2) The department manager can only see his department users history/grades/activitys?
3) The department manager can only change X parameters in the course? In example: completion settings, enrolment settings and etc?
Maybe someone could share their knowledge and experience in the area of controlling the Moodle in big organization and access to sensitive data?
