Hello,
I am using MoodleCloud (3.9) and I am trying to enable for my forums a email to reply feature so users do not need to log into our Moodlecloud site to respond to a discussion post.
However, when I try to edit these settings (according to this documentation and this forum post), my changes do not appear to stick despite me trying to save it.
I also tried to see if I could edit config.php but I received an error that this feature is not available in Moodlecloud.
May I please receive some guidance on how I can enable email to reply?
