An instructor reported that he corrected the quiz's 1st sub-question correct answer to "false" after the students attempted the quiz. After doing that, he saw Moodle deleting the 2nd and 3rd sub-question choices even though he didn't change them. It's affecting students' grades. It seems a bug in Moodle. We're using Moodle 3.5
