Hello, i've a strange Issue, i'd like to solve.
All of our Admin-Users in Moodle (3.8) have problems in adding events in any course. The little circle (see picture below) keeps on spinning around about one minute before one can edit events parameters. In this time, the whole user-session ist frozen. No other users like managers or teachers have that kind of problem.
My Moodle-Instance ist about 8 month old and this problem occured some days ago. Is there any log-file that can help me? Or ist this a known bug?
