Just sharing ...

Would require ability to install software on hosting ... Postfix and swaks

swaks ... (Swiss Army Knife SMTP)

I use local only (on server) configured Postfix ... does not accept mail from outside ... and SendGrid's API for the SMTP relay server - a combo that I've found works well.

Indeed. I use the same postfix setup to relay email on all our cloud servers. We have our own relay server already so we use that. Great suggestion, Ken.
