Random question quiz with problematic question

Hi all,

Sorry if dumb question. I have a quiz made from random questions. There is a problematic question and because the questions are randomised, this question occurs in different places for different students. I need to remove this question from the overall mark but not sure how to do this and I am a newb who doesnt want to accidentally delete the exam that 400 students just did. If I change the scoring on the question in the question bank to 0, will that update the mark for the students for the quiz?

Changing the score in the question bank will not work.

Which question type is this?

It's a multiple choice question. Cheers.

Then, what you could do is: edit the question an make all the choices worth 100%, and then re-grade the quiz. That will mean that anyone who got that question gets full marks for it.
