What are the differences between Moodle School and Moodle Cloud site?

If I upgrade my current Moodle to the 1000 user plan and my URL changes do me existing users need to use the new URL to access their content? Do they automatically receive a redirect?

Hi,

If you upgrade to a new MoodleCloud Plan (from a Moodle for School Plan), your site URL will change from “sitename.moodle.school” to “sitename.moodlecloud.com”.

You will still be able to visit the old URL, but it will be redirected to the new one (and users will see the new URL in their browser).
