Peace be upon you. We are facing a problem in Moodle android app. We are an English medium pre-school use Moodle to tech our student online during this pandemic situation. The problem is occur in a specific class/course students (mostly Class 1-3 students, they logged Moodle same time using app). When they are logging using app they got " Your authentication token is invalid or has expired. You have to reconnect to the site" message and redirect to login page. I checked Web security settings & set a very low expiration time (12 weeks). We have approximate 700 student and most of student use app to learning. Please let me know how can i resolve this issue.
