I currently use a MoodleCloud platform with a "Starter" package.
I would like to switch to the "Mini" package to be able to install plugIns and have more learners, but I would like to keep the extension .com instead of .school (I work with companies and this extension .school is not very attractive).
How do we do that?

I don't use MoodleCloud, and am certainly no expert. You may be better off asking this question in the MoodleCloud sub-forum here.
According to this source, MoodleCloud appears to use "<site>.moodle.school" as the domain for school users, and "<site>.moodlecloud.com" as the domain for other MoodleCloud users.
It may be a matter of contacting their support, although MoodleCloud support does appear to be quite limited.
