Courses and course formats

Hi all, I'm looking to keep navigation consistent between my course's activities.

Currently:
A) All activities are set up so that they can't be accessed until the previous activity has been completed
B) Most activities have a link in the lower right that will allow navigation to the next activity without being redirected to the main course page
C) The link does not show up for the LMS activities. Instead, the user must click "Exit Course" in the upper right to be redirected to the main course page. Additionally, after completing quizzes, the user is redirected to the main course page.

What I'd like is for all activities to have the navigation link to the next activity in the lower right. I don't want to disrupt the flow of training by redirecting the user to the main course page.

If this can't be done exactly as I'm describing, is there some compromise I can try?
