Enrol existing User in another course

I am trying to lear how to enrol an existing User into another course.

They are currently competing one course, but I want to be able to enrol them in another at the same time.

Any advice would be much appreciated.

Hi Mark,
You can enrol them manually yourself. For more information, see Enrolments. 
You can also create accounts and enrol users in courses at the same time if you wish by uploading users or you can explore
Cohorts, site or category wide groups.
