I am relatively new with Moodle LMS administration, and recently installed Moodle 3.9. Please, can anyone help with a step by step process for fully setting up my LMS?

I mean in general, for instance: server setting, customising the login form, assigning user roles. customising page heading, and colour scheme, setting up the what blocks users will see on their dashboard, customising language pack (system generated emails for new user account creation, certificate, etc), and other settings needed to have a fully functional LMS.
