Dear Sir/Madam,
The Moodle Mobile App cannot connect to the Moodle site: https://moodle.xxxxx.edu even the site address was entered correctly. It keeps showing “Loading”.
It is strange that only my mobile phone has this problem. The iphone and SamSung Android phones of others can connect to the site successfully.
We have a plan to allow students to submit answer files via Moodle Mobile App during online exam in mid-Dec. Please help to solve this problem.
I am using the model: SamSung Galaxy C5 (SM-C5000)
Android version: 8.0.0
Version: Moodle Mobile 3.9.2
