Hello,
After the quiz I changed the correct answer on one question and regraded the students' grades. The grades changed on that quiz but the grade on gradebook is still unchanged. I would appreciate your help.

Can you check to see if this quiz grade has been overridden in the gradebook for this student (it would appear as a tan color). If so, you'll want to remove the grade overide in the Single View of the gradebook to allow the new grade to push over.

Thank you John, Yes I regraded the quiz but the gradebook is still showing the previous grade. I am not sure how to remove the override in single view. Would you please help me with that?

Sure - follow the steps on this page to get to the singleview for your assignment: https://docs.moodle.org/310/en/Single_view
Then uncheck the box under the "override" column for the student(s) in question
