I seem to not be able to find a good solution.
Moodle 3.9
Debian 10 with PHP 7.3 and MariaDB 10.3.25
Moodle works well and very fast, on a basic Droplet at DO with 16Gb Ram and 6vCPU (set like this just to make sure resources are not in the way).
Moodle large file download though is slow, even very slow, upload is perfect. A 200MB file takes about 1 minute to download on a dedicated 100Mbit dedicated line, and about 10 seconds to upload back.
I know about the X-Sendfile option but since the mod is not supported for so long, are there any other alternatives?
Any suggestions where from here? Thank you very much!
