In my University, we are using Moodle 3.9.1 with stability during 2020. We are around 3000 courses.
However, in the last week we have some reports of teachers about quizzes and grades. For some teachers they write feedback on homeworks and quizzes and then disappear.
For other teachers the grade the quiz and the students cannot see the grade, but teacher do.
Have you experienced something similar?
Any suggestions?
