Students are currently not able to see uploaded feedback for a marked assignment,
We are having the same issue (uploaded files for feedback). It doesn't appear to be affecting all students.
Are all students having the issue on your end, or have you seen any patterns? (I'm still waiting to collect more info from our students to see if there might be a browser/os commonality.)

We are currently in the process of setting up online marking as we have not used it yet. We are in the process of trialing it with one module before rolling it out across all modules. I don't know if I have not set something up correctly which is not allowing the students to see uploaded feedback.
It's very strange for us as I was able to get it to show with a test student account, and using the login account, but most (if not all) of the actual students are unable to. The instructor and students are becoming very frustrated. Thanks for sharing about your situation.
