I'm afraid that is not possible. Once deleted, regardless if it was done using the plugin or the API directly, it can not be undone.
Rebuilding the recordings is only going to consider those that exist in the server
Even if you know the exact internal meetingID, if you try to rebuild that particular recording you will get an error.
