I have an issue with the data downloaded in the CSV (or any other available format).

Dataset does not include mentioned:

Response

Submitted on:

Institution

Department

Course

Group

ID

Full name

Username

It starts with ID and then responses immediately.

Questionnaire is anonymous however it should include these fields substituted by anonymous as per description

Moodle version is 3.8.3

Plugin version is 3.9

Is there something wrong with the plugin or I do something wrong?
