We have recently updated our Moodle website from version 3.5.7+ to 3.9.2+.
Everything was imported and I could see no major issue. I am only experiencing one weird thing: as "system administrator" I thought I could access all the courses on the website. However, I have found out that even if I hold the status of system admin, I am unable to access one course in particular.
The same doesn't happen if I create a new user and assign it to the cohort that is allowed access to the course but, as soon as I put that test user into the Sytem admins, he is no more able to access it...
I suspect a rights conflict somewhere but I am unable to spot it out...
