Please contact your site administrators so they can check if the version.php file is missing (or has incorrect permissions) and log-in as administrator into the Moodle site you use to fix the plugin installation. "Site Administrators" are the people who manage the Moodle at your school/university/company or learning organisation. If you don't know how to contact them, please contact your teachers/trainers. (We develop Moodle software, but we don't manage or have access to the Moodle site you use).
In the meanwhile, take into account that you can still use this Moodle site using a browser (Safari, Google Chrome, Firefox, ...) in your mobile device.
