I just installed a local  Moodle 3.10 (Build: 20201109) with the mexican Spanish language pack.

But when I installed the StudentQuiz plugin (version available for Moodle 3.10), some strings are not translated (e.g. 'Delete orphaned questions').

Might this perhaps be related to the fact that Amos has versions for Moodle 2.0 to 3.9, but no 3.10 version ?

It may be, yes. We are currently working on a major update of the AMOS storage backend and the lacking support for Moodle 3.10 in the AMOS UI is related to it. Things should improve during the next week or two.
