how to get started with SCORM?  can i testrun this in the online demo here on the moodle-org-page!?

if i want to install SCORM Module on my company page:  https://moodle.ib-online-akademie.de/

 - how to do that

https://docs.moodle.org/19/de/Lernpaket_(SCORM)
look forward to hear from you

1. You are using a very old version of Moodle.
2. You are expecting people who speak english to understand a document in german.

You might have better luck with a newer version of Moodle and posting such a question in a community where your language is spoken, like Deutschsprachiges Moodle https://moodle.org/course/view.php?id=18.

You'll have better chances in the SCORM forum: https://moodle.org/mod/forum/view.php?id=1951. Even better, request the moderator to move the discussion to the SCORM forum.

Also, make it a point to read the initial pointers linked to the header of the said forum.

Looks like you are using Moodle 3.8, but looking at the (very old) 1.9 Moodledocs.

If you have a SCORM package that you want to add to your site:
In a course, with the editing turned on, click the link to add a new activity to the page, and then choose 'SCORM Package' from the activity chooser - upload the SCORM zip file and save.

Have a look here for a bit more detail on all the settings.
https://docs.moodle.org/310/en/SCORM_activity

If you do not have any SCORM packages and want to know "how do I create a SCORM package" - you will need to purchase or download a SCORM authoring tool - authoring tools are typically desktop application that you use to create a package for upload into your Moodle site. You can see a list of many SCORM authoring tools here:
https://docs.moodle.org/310/en/Creating_SCORM_Content

But... if you are just wanting to create content packages for your learners - you don't need to do this using SCORM, you can create rich interactive content within Moodle using the existing tools - I'd also reccomend you take a look at H5P (If you upgrade to 3.9, H5P support is built-in, however you can install a 3rd party plugin to enable H5P support in Moodle 3.8)
