I'm working with an instructor who reports that when using a 1-5 grading scale that students who earn a 4/5 are seeing their grade display as 75% instead of 80%. I am pretty new to Moodle so when I looked at various settings in her gradebook I didn't see anything obvious that could be contributing to the problem. I also read this Moodle doc on scales https://docs.moodle.org/38/en/Scales and while it provided some helpful background information, I couldn't find anything that directly helped me in troubleshooting this problem. Any ideas on what might be causing this? Thanks.
