If your course has been active for awhile, consider the Bulk edit activity completion feature.
1. Course Completion>Bulk edit activity completion.
2. Select only the activities that need to be added.
3. Select the Edit button.
4. Select the appropriate Completion tracking option. (dropdown and checkbox)
5. Select the Save changes button.
6. Select the Course completion tab. Select the desired activities that must be included in the course completion rule.
7. Select the Save changes button.
Review the Course Activity report, added activities will be unchecked and the date the activity was added to the completion condition will be displayed in the column header.

Kind Regards

Hi! I'm trying to use the "Bulk edit" option for activity completion, but when I go into the course completion settings I don't see any tabs at all.

We're running moodle version 3.1.18 Build 20190513. Might it be that these tabs are not available in this version of moodle?

Hi Cesar,

That is quite likely. If you're running a 3.1.x version of Moodle: you do know security fixes support ended in May 2019 (https://docs.moodle.org/dev/Releases#Moodle_3.1_.28LTS.29).

If not for improved user experience, new functionality etc., please update your Moodle to a currently supported version for the latest bug and security fixes.
