Remote Hosted Scorm (With Reporting Results)

Hello I have the following setup:

https://primary-domain.com/course-about-stuff = the domain that the participants will login and attempt the course.

https://data-domain.com/course1_data/imsmanifest.xml = where the file are being hosted

I read that (and tried) the marks and scorm progress does not get reported back due to security issues of the browser?

I own both domains and have complete control over them, is there any way whatsoever to bypass this? something to add to the header?

Please help me out with this, I'm willing to heavily invest into a solution.

Thank you and have a lovely day ahead.

If SCORM is not an option, what about other package types like AICC?
