I'm receiving various errors today when updating class materials, trying to remove users, and tweaking course details.

Actually seems to be getting worse. Currently appearing on nearly whenever we try to do something, like create an activity or save learner work.
We're getting similar issues for all users, Teachers and Students, trying to access Forum activities that have existed for a while.

We are having exactly the same issue. We can't use it for any of our courses!!!
Is there anyone we can contact? I can't even enable the debugging tool. I hope this gets fixed ASAP.
