Installing Plugins

Looking to install plugins on our Moodle page, however I haven't got the 'install plugin' option. Please could someone point me in the right direction of what I need to do. Thank you in advance

What is your domain (url to your site).

And are you the site administrator?

- If you have your site hosted on Moodle Cloud, then you cannot install own plugins - see the last row at detailed plan information.
- If you are not the Moodle administrator, you cannot install plugins.
- If you have your Moodle hosted by a provider, chances are that they have disabled the ability to install plugins via web interface.
