I am using Moodle 3.9. Everything is fine but, when enrolling through Payumoney, payment has been deducting but not landing to course after payment and Http error 500 page is showing. I have enclosed a print screen. Kindly guide.

The error is occurring on page enrol/payumoney/ipn.php which is within the third party code, i.e. the PayUMoney enrolment plugin, it's not in the Moodle code. You will need to contact whoever supplied the plugin. If it's this version, there are reports of major issues.
