No Audio or Video Record Buttons in Atto Editor

Hi All

I have really spent a long time trying to investigate this. In our Atto editor, there is no video audio record buttons.

record buttons these are the ones I am reffering to.

This is how ares looks.

We have the default setup here

We are running the latest version of 3.9.

I have also tried to use the RecordRTC plugin for the TinyMCE HTML editor and that does not display either.

Please help or advise.

And are you using a standard theme like Boost? (Just trying to eliminate things)
