I want to install the Moodle Sandbox application on the desktop as an Administrator and try to implement plugins as per the client requirement. I am doing this a sample/test drive.

I gave the presentation below at a MoodleMoot several years ago. There are probably many ways to do this. Perhaps you can learn from what I am sharing.
